School system

The topic of this week was the school system, the teacher give them some questions about the school routine and the difference between France and US.

So, the main difference i think it's the price of the studies and i think that in France we are really lucky because even if it exist private school like business school or something where the school fee is high, the university permite most of the time, to study without having a loan. Moreover, if your are a scholarship student, you only have to pay for the social security, wich represents around 5 euros for a years in our school.

Regarding the scolaire routine, Minnie say to me that she has 16 ours a week so she has time to do other things like sport ... She studies in the university so i think that in France if your in the uni it's the same. She said to me thath in Irvine, Ingeneers students have lots of lessons too, like us. 

Before coming to Irvine she had a student job, she gave lessons for student or children after classes but now it's finished because she didn't find this kind of job in Irvine for the moment. In my case, with homeworks, exams and lessons i can't have a student job after school or during weekends.
